布托啡诺用于小儿全麻苏醒期躁动的临床探析

摘　　要：目的对于布托啡诺用于小儿全麻苏醒期躁动的应用方法以及应用效果加以分析。方法对2018年1月-2019年1月本院接诊的小儿全麻手术患儿100例施行分析,根据入院顺序奇偶法对所选100例小儿全麻手术患儿开展分组,给予其中50例小儿全麻手术患儿常规麻醉,将其作为对照组,给予剩余50例小儿全麻手术患儿常规麻醉基础之上应用布托啡诺预防苏醒期躁动,将其作为研究组,对比两组小儿全麻手术患儿产生苏醒期躁动情况。结果两组小儿全麻手术患儿产生苏醒期躁动几率对比差异存在统计学意义;两组小儿全麻手术患儿手术之后苏醒时间以及离开麻醉恢复室时间对比差异存在统计学意义。结论临床对于小儿全麻手术患儿,为其应用布托啡诺预防苏醒期躁动效果理想。Objective To analyze the application method and application effect of butorphanol in the recovery of general anesthesia in children. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, 100 children received general anesthesia in our hospital were analyzed. According to the method of admission sequence parity, 100 children were divided into groups. 50 children received routine anesthesia, which was used as the control group. The remaining 50 children received routine anesthesia and butorphanol was used to prevent the recovery period Restlessness, as a study group, compared the two groups of children with general anesthesia surgery restlessness. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of arousal in patients with general anesthesia in the two groups.There was a statistically significant difference in the time between the two groups of patients with general anesthesia after surgery and the time to leave the anesthesia recovery room. Conclusion Clinically, for patients with general anesthesia in children, it is ideal for the application of butorphanol to prevent agitation during the recovery period. It should be widely promoted and applied.
