摘  要:目的分析脓毒症性急性肾损伤时应用脉搏指示连续心排血量(PICCO)的价值。方法本研究选择的研究对象共80例,展开研究的时间为2017年1月-2018年12月,随机平分为对照组和研究组,对照组:进行常规治疗,研究组:在常规治疗的基础上采取脉搏指示连续心排血量监测观察容量变化以对比疗效。结果研究组心率、中心静脉血氧饱和度(ScvO2)、中心静脉压(CVP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、血细胞比容(Hct)、血乳酸、抗原(AG)均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论针对脓毒症性急性肾损伤患者实施常规液体复苏治疗同时采取脉搏指示连续心排血量监测,可以调节血流动力学并改善肾功能,确保患者的安全性,提高救治率。Objective To analyze the value of pulse indicating continuous cardiac output(PICCO) in patients with septic acute renal injury. Methods A total of 80 subjects were selected for this study, which was conducted from January 2017 to December 2018. Randomly divided into the control group and the research group,the control group received routine treatment,and the research group received pulse indication and continuous cardiac output monitoring and observation volume change on the basis of routine treatment to compare the efficacy. Results Heart rate, central venous oxygen saturation(ScvO2), central venous pressure(CVP), mean arterial pressure(MAP), hematopoiesis(Hct), blood lactic acid, blood antigen(AG) were all better than the control group, P<0.05). Conclusion Routine fluid resuscitation and continuous cardiac output monitoring with pulse indication can regulate hemodynamics and improve renal function in patients with septic acute renal injury,so as to ensure the safety of patients and improve the treatment rate.
