摘 要:用色度仪、热膨胀仪、维式硬度计、SEM/EDS、TEM/EDS等测试方法对不同光学碱度的中温RO-R2O-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2系釉玻璃特征釉样的性能及釉层显微结构进行检测分析,结果表明:随着光学碱度由0.564降低至0.508,釉中逐渐发生液相分离现象,釉玻璃结构致密度逐渐提升,维式硬度提高,热膨胀系数降低,釉面由透明裂纹状向微乳浊平整状转变。Fe2O3的加入降低了釉层中分相液滴平均尺寸,铁元素主要以三价Fe3+存在于分相液滴之中,随着光学碱度的不断降低,釉中O2-带电能力逐渐下降、Ols结合能逐渐变小,Fe3+由四配位向八配位转变,釉面逐渐由明黄色向深褐色转变。Colorimeter, thermal expansion meter, Vickers hardness tester, SEM/EDS, TEM/EDS are used to explore the effect of optical alkalinity on microstructure and properties of medium temperature RO-R2O-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 system ceramic glass. Observing and analyzing the performance and microstructure of glaze sample with different optical alkalinity. The results show that the liquid phase-separation occurs gradually in the glaze when optical alkalinity decreases from 0.564 to 0.508, the ceramic glass structure density has gradually increased, the vickers hardness has increased, the coefficient of thermal expansion has decreased, meanwhile the glaze surface changed from transparent crack to slightly opacified flat. The addition of Fe2O3 reduces the average size of phase-separation droplets in the ceramic glass, and iron element mainly exist in the phase-separation droplets as Fe3+. The O2- charge capacity and the Ols binding energy in the ceramic glass gradually decreases with the optical alkalinity decrease. Fe3+ changes from four-coordinate to eightcoordinate, and the glaze surface changes from bright yellow to dark brown.
