摘　　要：全球大流行的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情引起了世界范围内的高度关注,而新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)的发源地至今仍未确定。在救治COVID-19患者的过程中,中医药发挥了重要作用。中国国家层面高度重视中医药参与COVID-19的防治作用,加强医疗救治工作中中医药的及早介入。中医药在病毒性肺炎的防治方面有其特色和优势,能收到较好临床疗效且副作用少,除能够消除或减轻、缓解临床症状外,还能够调节患者自身的免疫功能,防治病毒引起的机体免疫过度反应。针对中医药防治病毒性肺炎的免疫调节作用的研究进展进行综述,以期为包括COVID-19在内的病毒性肺炎的临床用药及后期基础研究提供一定参考。The outbreak of a new type of coronavirus(SARS-Co V-2)pneumonia has been spreading all over the world,drawing worldwide attention.However,the origin of the novel coronavirus has not been determined yet.Traditional Chinese medicine played an important role in treating SARS-CoV-2 infection.The state attaches great importance to the role of TCM in the prevention and treatment of SARS-CoV-2 infection,and strengthens the early intervention of TCM in medical treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has its own characteristics and advantages in the prevention and treatment of viral pneumonia,with better clinical efficacy and fewer side effects.In addition to eliminating or alleviating clinical symptoms,it can also regulate the immune function of patients and prevent the overreaction of the body caused by viruses.This article reviews the research on the immunomodulatory action of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of viral pneumonia,hoping to provide some reference for the clinical medication and later basic research of viral pneumonia including SARS-CoV-2.
