摘 要:采用53对SSR引物对水稻7组衍生品种及其亲本进行遗传多样性和标记鉴定效率分析.结果表明,53对SSR引物中47对具有多态性,占88.68%;共检测到135个等位位点,每个标记平均2.8720个等位位点,变幅为2~5;多态性信息含量(PIC)平均值为0.4821,变幅为0.2142~0.7891,其中14对引物具有高的PIC值(>0.6).聚类分析表明,7组供试衍生品种能按来源被准确分类.比较24对引物(NY/T 1433-2007)和48对引物(NY/T 1433-2014)的鉴定效率发现,标记数增加能提高鉴定准确性.The genetic diversity and identification efficiency of 7 groups of cultivars which were derived from rice, and their parents were evaluated by SSR markers. The results showed that 47 SSR primers were polymorphic, accounting for 88.68% of 53 primers. A total of 135 alleles were detected,averaged at 2.872 0 per primer and ranged from 2 to 5. The average of polymorphism information content was 0.482 1, varying between 0.214 2 and 0.789 1. Among them, 14 primers had higher polymorphism information content(>0.6). Cluster analysis revealed that 7 groups of the derived varieties were all accurately classified by source. By comparing the identification efficiencies of 24 primers from NY/T 1433-2007 and 48 primers from NY/T 1433-2014, it can be concluded that the more markers, the higher accuracy of the identification would be.
