摘　　要：发展了一种通过烯基化二羰基化合物的碘环化合成多取代5-碘甲基二氢呋喃的新方法,该方法以过氧化叔丁醇(TBHP)和I2原位形成的次碘酸和tBuOI为活性碘正离子试剂.本反应具有反应条件温和、碘原子利用率高、试剂廉价易得等优点.A new method for the iodocyclization of olefinic dicarbonyl compounds with t-butyl hydroperoxide(TBHP)and I2 was developed.The in situ generated hypoiodous acid and tBuOI were used as active iodine cation reagents.This method allowed the synthesis of polysubstituted 5-iodomethyldihydrofurans under mild reaction conditions with cheap reagents and high atom economy.
