摘 要:湿态锌银电池寿命较短,无论充放电次数还是湿搁置时间均较少。为了高效利用湿态锌银电池,进行了锌银电池电极构成及电极化成特点分析,分析及电池使用均说明环境温度对电池容量、漏电和搁置寿命有显著影响。结合电池注液、充放电、荷电搁置以及长期湿态搁置贮藏等过程,总结了控制环境温度从而提高湿态锌银电池使用效率的措施和方法,能提高电池荷电稳定性、延长湿态电池搁置寿命等。通过电池样品实验表明,高倍率放电湿态电池搁置寿命能延长2年以上。The life of wet zinc-silver batteries is relatively short,both the charges'number,discharges'number and the wet shelf time are less.In order to make efficient use of wet zinc-silver batteries,the composition of zinc-silver batteries'electrodes and the characteristics of the formation of electrodes were analyzed.The analysis and the use of batteries show that the environment temperature has a significant impact on the capacity,leakage and shelf life of batteries.Combining with the process of battery filling,charging and discharging,charging shelving and long-term wet shelving,the measures and methods to effectively improve the efficiency of wet zinc-silver batteries by controlling environment temperature were summarized,which could improve the charging stability of batteries and the shelf life of wet batteries.The battery sample test shows that the life of wet battery can be extended to more than 2 years.
