摘 要:基于水文环境对舰载鱼雷作战效能的重要影响,根据舰载鱼雷的作战军事需求,采用层次体系的方法,建立了两层鱼雷作战效能评估层级架构,并采用灰色关联方法和模糊向量方法构建了舰载鱼雷一级和二级效能评估模型,得到了基于搜索效能、捕获效能、跟踪效能和命中效能的评估效能指标以及相应支撑评估因子,并通过仿真计算得到了定量评估结论,较为有效反映了水文环境对舰载鱼雷作战效能的影响度。In order to evaluate the influence of hydrological environment on torpedo operational effectiveness,according to the characteristics of hydrological environment and the attributes of torpedo operational effectiveness,the hierarchical structure of torpedo comprehensive effectiveness evaluation model is constructed by using multi-layer system analysis method.The first-level evaluation of torpedo is studied by using grey correlation method,and the search effectiveness,capture effectiveness tracking effectiveness and hitting effectiveness are obtained.Based on the first-level evaluation,the second-level evaluation of torpedo is studied by using the method of fuzzy vector,and the comprehensive operational effectiveness index of torpedo is obtained.Quantitative results are obtained through model simulation test,which effectively reflect the impact of hydrological environment on torpedo operational effectiveness.
