摘  要:载人潜水器是进行科学考察的重要工具,观察窗作为耐压壳的一部分,是保障载人潜水器作业功能的前提。论文基于7000m水深条件下,采用接触有限元的方法研究观察窗与耐压壳的应力与变形情况,并对锥台形观察窗耐压球壳进行强度分析和稳定性分析。其次制作比例树脂模型,对模型进行试验分析以及数值分析得出考虑实际缺陷的数值解与试验结果一致,破坏位置与缺陷位置一致,验证数值分析的合理性,为后续深海潜水器观察窗结构研究提供参考依据。Deep-sea manned submersible is an important tool for scientific investigation.The viewport,as a part of the pressure shell,is the premise to ensure the operation function of manned submersible.In this paper,based on the water depth of7000 m,the contact finite element method is used to study the stress and deformation of the viewport and the pressure shell,and the strength and stability of the pressure shell with the frustum-shaped viewport are analyzed.Secondly,the proportional resin model is made,and the experimental model is analyzed by experiment and numerical analysis.It is concluded that the numerical solution considering the actual defects is consistent with the experimental results,and the failure location is consistent with the defect location.The rationality of the numerical analysis is verified,which provides a reference for the follow-up study of the structure of the viewport of deep-sea submersible.
