摘　　要：建立了湿巾产品中乙二醇苯醚的超高效液相色谱检测方法。湿巾样品加入乙腈-0.2%乙酸水溶液(V∶V=8∶2)超声提取,振荡离心过滤后,ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3液相色谱柱分离测定,二极管阵列检测器定性、定量。该方法在5~300 mg/L浓度范围内乙二醇苯醚线性良好,r^2=0.999 9,检测限为1.0 mg/L,峰面积的重现性RSDs=1.27%,加标回收率90.13%~97.46%。该方法样品处理快捷,结果准确可靠。The method of determination of 2-phenoxyethanol in wet wipes by ultra-performance liquid chromatography was established.The samples of wet wipes were extracted with acetonitrile-0.2%acetic acid solution(V∶V=8∶2).After being centrifuged and filtrated,the extract was analyzed with ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 and detected by DAD.The correlation coefficients of 2-phenoxyethanol in 5-300 mg/L were 0.9999;the detection limit was 1.0 mg/L;the RSD was 1.27%;the recovery was 90.13%-97.46%.This method was simple and rapid in sample preparation,and the results were accurate and reliable.
