摘　　要：目的临床决策支持系统(CDSS)基于循证医学和医院真实病历库建设了系统全面的知识库,同时可以实时处理医院内电子病历数据,文章提出了基于CDSS对新型突发传染性疾病的监测预警功能方案设计,利用知识库引擎鉴别诊断类似“新冠肺炎”等新型病例,通过合理对接医院疾病预防与感染控制信息系统,及时上传系统筛查的病历数据和分析结果,可以为决策部门及时预警此类新型突发传染性疾病提供全面客观的数据,提高对该类疾病的灵敏感知、及时决策、提前预警能力。The clinical decision support system(CDSS)has built systematic and comprehensive knowledge bases,based on evidence-based medicine and the real word medical records,at the same time,it can process the electronic medical records data in real time,this article proposes a design of monitoring and early warning for new infectious diseases by CDSS,which uses the knowledge bases engine to identify and diagnose new cases such as“COVID-19”,by properly connecting with the nosocomial diseases prevention and infections control system,and uploading the system-screened medical record data and analysis results in time,it can provide comprehensive and objective data for decision-making departments to promptly warn these new emerging infectious diseases,and improve the sensitive perception and timely decision-making and early warning capabilities for type of diseases.
