中药材茯苓农业知识产权保护与产业兴旺研究

摘　　要：介绍茯苓及其药用价值,研究其农业知识产权资源,总结生态适宜种植茯苓的贫困地区,分析其中药材GAP认证与农业三品认证,探讨乡村振兴战略与中医药发展战略下,中药材茯苓农业知识产权保护与产业兴旺策略,提出完善茯苓标示类自主知识产权保护、争取海内外创造类自主知识产权、传承茯苓的传统知识、建设农业知识产权服务体系等九点相关建议。This paper introduced tuckahoe and its medicinal value,studied its agricultural intellectual property resources,summarized the poverty-stricken areas suitable for planting Poria cocos ecologically,analysed its good agriculture practice(GAP)certification and three kinds of agricultural product certification,and discussed the tactics for protecting the agricultural intellectual property and flourishing the industry under the rural revitalization strategy and the development strategy of traditional Chinese medicine,and put forward the relevant suggestions to improve the labeling-type independent intellectual property protection,gain the creation-type independent intellectual property rights at home and abroad,inherit the traditional knowledge of tuckahoe,build an agricultural intellectual property service system and so on.
