摘　　要：细胞工程实验是生命科学类专业的一门重要的专业基础课程,也是生命科学研究中的重要的实验技术方法。在细胞工程理论课程教学改革的基础上,对细胞工程实验课程的结构和内容、实验教材、教学方法和考核方式等方面进行了教学改革探索,旨在提高实验课程的教学效果,提高学生的实验动手能力、综合性实验能力、思维创新能力,培养高素质的专业人才。Cell engineering experiment is an important basic specialty course for life science students,and it is also an important operation technique for life science researches.On the basis of cell engineering curriculum reform,the reform exploration on experiment course was conducted from aspects of course structure and contents,teaching materials,teaching methods,and assessment ways,so as to improve teaching results of the experiment course and enhance students’abilities of conducting experiment,comprehensive experiment alability,creative thinking ability,and provide guarantee for culturing high-quality talents.
