摘  要:近年来气候变化引起的各种强对流气象灾害日渐频繁,雷达拼图作为强对流天气预警预报最重要的依据之一,其数据的及时性和完整性在重大天气过程预报中显得尤为重要。论文提出了一种基于运动估计与补偿的方法,通过计算前两张或多张图像在纹理上的运动矢量和色度变化,分析被预测雷达拼图的演变情况,从而预测下一张或多张雷达拼图的纹理内容。该方法补缺了因传输缺失和延迟的雷达拼图,并生成未来雷达拼图产品的预估计产品,为预报员提供一个预判参考。实验证明论文方法生成的雷达拼图预估计产品与实况产品在时序上的变化相似,具有一定的可参考性,对保障雷达拼图的及时性和完整性具有一定的辅助作用,为预报服务提供稳定的数据源。In recent years,all kinds of severe convective weather disasters caused by climate change are becoming more and more frequent. Radar mosaic is one of the most important basis for strong convective weather forecast. The timeliness and completeness of the data are particularly important in the prediction of major weather processes. In this paper,a method based on motion estimation and compensation is proposed. By calculating the motion vector and chromaticity of the previous two or more images on the texture,the evolution of the predicted radar mosaic is analyzed to predict the texture content of the next or more radar jigsaw maps.This method provides a pre estimated product for the future radar jigsaw puzzle products,and provides a reference for the forecaster.The experiment shows that the pre estimated product of the radar puzzle generated by this method is similar to the real product in the time series. It has a certain reference. It has a certain auxiliary role in ensuring the timeliness and integrity of the radar mosaic,and provides a stable data source for the prediction service.
