摘  要:针对系统调峰能力不足引起的弃风现象,提出了一种基于风电消纳的梯级水电实时调度方法。该方法以风电出力波动最小为目标函数,考虑梯级水电约束和外送功率限制,建立了梯级水电-风电联合调度模型。并提出梯级水电-风电联合运行评价指标,从风电消纳、库容安全、经济性三方面对该调度策略做出评价。最后以甘肃黄河流域刘家峡~乌金峡共8座梯级水电站与甘肃河西风电基地为研究对象进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,采用梯级水电-风电联合调度策略能显著增进风电消纳。In order to solve the wind power curtailment phenomenon caused by the insufficient peak regulation capacity of the system, a real-time dispatching method of cascade hydropower based on wind power consumption was proposed in this paper. This method established a cascade hydropower-wind power combined operation model by taking the minimum fluctuation of wind power output as the objective function, and considering the cascade hydropower constraints and the transmission power constraints of the system. The evaluation index of cascade hydropower-wind power joint operation was put forward to evaluate the dispatching strategy from three aspects: wind power consumption, safety of storage capacity and economy. Finally, eight cascade hydropower stations from Liujiaxia to Wujinxia in the Yellow River basin of Gansu Province and Hexi Wind Power Base in the province were taken as study objects for simulation analysis. The simulation results showed that the adoption of cascade hydropower-wind power combined dispatching strategy could significantly improve the wind power generation capacity.
