摘　　要：对实验室自制的复合多肽眼霜进行临床功效测试,评价其抗衰效果。选取30名有效受试者为研究对象,选用无创仪器检测方法,监测对照组和测试组使用对应产品0,2,4和8周的皮肤角质层水分含量、弹性、粗糙度、皱纹体积和皱纹面积占比,以及受试者主观评价结果,并借助SPSS数据统计软件对实验结果进行统计分析。结果显示,复合多肽眼霜对皮肤角质层水分含量的提高、皮肤弹性的增强、眼部皱纹的减少具有显著作用,说明其具有良好的抗衰老功效。The clinical efficacy of self-made eye cream containing polypeptides was tested to evaluate its antiaging effect.Thirty valid subjects were selected as the research objects,and non-invasive instrument was used to detect and record the water content,elasticity,roughness,wrinkle area/AOI area in the test group and the control group at 0,2,4 and 8 weeks using corresponding products,and the subjective evaluation results of the subjects were also recorded with SPSS data.The software was used to make statistics on the experimental results.The results showed that the use of polypeptide composite in eye cream has significant effects in improving the water content in cuticle,the skin elasticity and the reduction of wrinkles.That is to say,composite-polypeptide eye cream has good anti-aging effect.
