摘 要:本文对Solomon某金矿进行可行性工艺探索性研究,结果表明,混合原矿,矿石粒度为20 mm,柱浸浸出60 d,渣液合计浸出率为73.19%;浮选金精矿,超细磨粒度为P80=13μm,金浸出率为68.90%,焙烧预氧化-细磨-氰化,可使金的浸出率提高到91.50%;加压预氧化-氰化后金的浸出率可以达到97.02%。In this paper,Some metallurgical research tests on gold ore of Solomon mine were carried out to find a feasible process,The results showed that the column was loaded with composite sample at a particle size of-20 mm,The calculated gold extraction according to the assay results of solution and residue reached 73.19% after leaching for 60 days.Gold extraction reached 68.90% while the flotation gold concentrate was ultra-fine grinded to P8013μm.After ultra-fine grinding of roasted the flotation gold concentrate,gold extraction reached 91.50%.About 97.02% of gold was extracted through pressure oxidation-cyanide leaching.
