摘 要:为了提高煤矸石资源化利用率,对煤矸石进行了活化预处理。本文采用煅烧方式,对煤矸石进行活化,使煤矸石中的主要物相高岭石转换成了活性较高的偏高岭石。试验结果表明在活化温度600℃、活化时间20 min条件下,活化效率较佳。活化后的煤矸石与盐酸反应,酸浸较佳参数为酸与煤矸石质量比0.88:1、温度160℃、时间2 h,煤矸石中的氧化铝溶出率可以达到94.09%。之后,酸浸液采用“一步酸溶法”工艺可以生产出国标冶金级氧化铝。该技术,不仅可以解决煤矸石带来的环境问题,而且还可缓解铝土矿资源短缺现状。In order to improve the utilization rate of coal gangue resources,the coal gangue was pretreated.In this paper,the calcination method is used to activate the coal gangue.The kaolinite in the coal gangue is converted into the highly active metakaolin.Test results show that the activation efficiency is best under the conditions of activation temperature of 600℃ and activation time of 20 min.Activated coal gangue reacts with hydrochloric acid,the optimum parameters for acid leaching:hydrochloric acid and the activated coal gangue mass ratio 0.88:1,temperature 160℃ time 2 h,the dissolution rate of alumina in coal gangue can reach 94.09%.After that,the acid leaching solution can produce the national standard metallurgical grade alumina by the"onestep acid dissolution method"process.This technology can not only solve the environmental problems,but also alleviate the shortage of bauxite resources.
