摘　　要：新能源行业普遍存在实际使用的“两票”管理制度已不能满足日渐提高的工作标准和要求的情况。通过对“两票”填写类、执行类问题的深入分析,以电力行业的法律法规为基础,成熟的互联网技术为支撑,借助移动运维平台,形成一套适用于当前新能源场站实际情况的“两票”管理制度,提高了工作效率、保证了安全生产。In the new energy industry,the"two tickets"management system which is widely used in practice can not meet the increasingly stricter working standards and requirements.Through the in-depth analysis of"two tickets"filling and implementation issues,based on the laws and regulations of the power industry,supported by mature internet technology,and with the help of mobile operation and maintenance platform,a set of"two tickets"management system applicable to the actual situation of the current new energy station is formed,which improves the work efficiency and ensures the safety of production.
