收展膏外敷治疗稳定性心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究收展膏外敷治疗对稳定性心绞痛的临床效果。方法80例稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组予以规范治疗加用安慰药膏;观察组在规范治疗基础上加用收展膏贴敷治疗。观察两组患者疗效及心绞痛发作、心电图(ECG)改善情况。结果观察组的总有效率(92.5%)显著高于对照组(75.0%),发作频率与每次发作的持续时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论收展膏贴敷治疗可显著增强临床疗效,减少心绞痛的发作频率及发作时间,效果确切,值得强力推广。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Shouzhan ointment through external application on stable angina pectoris.Methods:80 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group received standard treatment plus comfort ointment,and the observation group received Shouzhan ointment treatment beside the standard treatment.The curative effects of the patients and the improvement on their angina,electrocardiogram(ECG)in two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(92.5%)is significantly higher than that of the control group(75.0%),its seizure frequency and duration of each attack were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shouzhan ointment treatment can significantly enhance the clinical effect,reduce the frequency and duration of angina attacks,it is worth promoting strongly.
