摘　　要：国家精神和国家道德能够对人民群众形成凝聚力量。国家精神体现的爱国主义、革命英雄主义、集体主义和改革创新是国家精神对人民群众形成凝聚力量的基本作用点。而国家道德对人民的凝聚作用基于国家道德价值取向的引领性、国家道德对人民的正义感染力、约束公民的公正公平性和国家道德建设成果的人民满意度四个方面。National spirit and national morality can form a cohesive force for the people.Patriotism,revolutionary heroism,collectivism and reform and innovation embodied in the national spirit are the basic functions of the national spirit to form a cohesive force for the people.The cohesion of national morality to the people is based on four aspects:the guidance of national moral value orientation,the appeal of national morality to the people's justice,the fairness of restraining citizens and the people's satisfaction with the achievements of national moral construction.
