云南壮剧的几种组织形式

摘　　要：云南壮剧在不同的发展阶段会产生不同的组织形式,使云南壮剧在传承和发展中得到坚实的组织保障,使云南壮剧能在任何情况下都会不断地前行。同时,云南壮剧清一色的男子戏班、最后一个男子戏班、最早有女演员参加演出的土戏班、侬支系土戏班、土支系土戏班、专业表演团体、联合土戏班以及新形势下产生的女子戏班、少年戏班等等组织形式共同见证了云南壮剧艰难而曲折的传承和发展,最终总是发展得更加成熟和完善,更加绚丽多彩。In different stages of development, Yunnan Zhuang opera have different organizational forms, ensuring a solid organizational inheritance and continual development. At the same time, Zhuang opera in Yunnan has experienced ups and downs and hardship through varieties of organizational forms like men’s troupe, the final troupe of men, the first troupe with actresses, Nong Zhuang troupe, Tu Zhuang troupe, professional company, merged troupe, women’s troupe after 1949, teenagers’ troupe, passing on the inheritance of the Zhuang opera and achieving improvement and prosperity.
