摘 要:智能针织产品改善了传统智能纺织品的穿着舒适性,更符合可穿戴电子设备对舒适贴体的要求,具有广阔的发展前景和市场潜力。文章阐述了智能针织产品的研究内容与研究意义,分析了针织产品作为智能化纺织品基础结构材料的优势,说明了经编、圆纬编、横编3种成形方法在智能针织产品中的应用可行性。结合已经研发的智能针织产品,分析了其结构特点、作用原理及核心技术。对被动智能型针织产品、主动智能型针织产品和高级智能型针织产品进行分类讨论,说明了智能针织产品具有很好的发展前景。Smart knitting products improve the wearing comfort of conventional smart textiles,and are more in line with the requirements of wearable electronic devices for comfortable fitting,which have broad development prospects and market potential.This paper expounds the research content and the significance of intelligent knitting products,then analyzes the advantages of knitting products as basic materials for intelligent textiles,and illustrates the feasibility of three forming methods in intelligent knitting products,i.e.,warp knitting,weft knitting and flat knitting.And then,combining with the developed intelligent knitting products,the paper analyzes the related structure characteristics,function principle and core technology.Finally,it carries out a classified discussion on passive intelligent knitting products,active intelligent knitting products and advanced intelligent knitting products,indicating that the good development prospect of intelligent knitting products.
