摘 要:制度与文化是管理的两种不同手段,制度管理与文化管理各有优缺点,在实际的运用过程中,管理者往往是二者兼顾,可对于兼顾的度与法以及深层次的原因可能不甚了解。利用势科学的势增原理、对称性和群理论可以探讨制度管理与文化管理的关系,进而探索制度管理与文化管理和谐的路径。As two different means of management, institution management and culture management have respectively their own advantages and disadvantages. When applying them in practice, the administrators often give consideration to both,yet they may not quite understand the degree and method of the balance and the reason in-depth. Using the principle of potential increase, symmetry, and group theory in potential science, it is possible to discuss the relationship between institution management and culture management, and then explore the path toward harmony between institution management and culture management.
