摘　　要：随着我国民爆行业改革的不断深入,推动行业安全发展、高质量发展是现阶段首要任务。该文针对乳化炸药的生产、存储、销售、运输、使用等环节的管理,提出了乳化炸药产品的全生命周期管理系统的概念及分析,介绍了全生命周期管理对于民爆企业安全及质量管理的重要意义,希望本文能够为民爆物品进行全方位管理起到一定的借鉴和推动作用。With the deepening reform of civil explosive industry inching,the primary task at present is to promote the safe and high-quality development of the industry.Based on the management of the production,storage,sale,transportation and us of civil explosive products,this paper puts forward the analysis and opinions on the life cycle management of emulsion explosive products.it is hoped that the publication of this paper can play a certain role in promoting the safety and quality management of civil explosive products.
