摘　　要：目的:总结新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情下,发热门诊筛查新冠肺炎患者的诊疗体会和经验。方法:对1月22日至3月8日吉林大学第一医院发热门诊的接诊人数、留观人数和确诊人数进行统计,并对询问病史、血常规和影像学检查及发热门诊的分区接诊(湖北省、其他省份和省内在不同区域诊室)、电话咨询等工作在诊疗过程中应用体会进行总结。结果:1月22日至3月8日发热门诊共接诊患者7967人,随着我院电话咨询的开通,就诊人数逐渐下降,通过病史询问及辅助检查结果综合分析共留观150余人,经核酸检测阳性确诊14人,无因在发热门诊就诊而交叉感染的确诊者。结论:在疫情期间发热门诊就诊人数多的情况下,做到分区接诊,详细询问病史,合理利用辅助检查,可以避免交叉感染,同时使疑似患者得到及时的隔离和进一步确诊。Objective:Summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of patients with new coronavirus pneumonia during the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-2019).Methods:Retrospectively analysis the numbers of outpatients,observation patients and confirmed patients at the First Hospital of Jilin University from January 22 to March 8,and summarized the experience in consultation of medical history,blood routine and imaging examination,and district divisions of fever clinics (Hubei Province,other provinces and Jilin provinces),telephone consultation and others.Results:From January 22 to March 8,a total of 7,967 patients were admitted to the fever clinic.With the opening of telephone consultation in our hospital,the number of outpatients gradually decreased.Through a comprehensive analysis of medical history inquiry and auxiliary examination results,more than 150 patients were remained for the observation.14 patients were diagnosed with a positive nucleic acid test results of COVID-2019,and no patients were cross-infected due to visiting the fever clinic.Conclusion:In the situation of a large number of outpatient visits the fever clinic during the epidemic,it is necessary to conduct consultations by district divisions,inquire the medical history in detail,and make reasonable use of auxiliary examinations to avoid cross-infection and allow suspected patients to be timely isolated and further diagnosed.
