摘　　要：党建与就业工作是高校学生工作的两大重要组成部分。党建工作承载着为中国特色社会主义事业培养合格建设者和可靠接班人的根本任务,是高校思想政治教育的主要手段,而就业工作直接体现着高校培养合格与可靠人才的质量和成效,是党建工作的主要着力点和最终归属,两者之间有很强的联系性,凸显相辅相成的联动机制。新时期,高校及相关工作人员应高度重视党建与就业工作,积极探索双契合发展模式,充分实现党建工作健康发展和大学毕业生的可持续就业。Party construction and employment work are two important modules of college students'work.The party building work carries the fundamental task of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors for the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.It is the main means of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and the employment work directly reflects The quality and effectiveness of training qualified and reliable talents in colleges and universities is the main focus and ultimate attribution of party building work.There is a strong connection between the two,highlighting the complementary linkage mechanism.In the new era,colleges and related staff should attach great importance to the construction of party building and employment,actively explore a dual-coordinate development model,and fully realize the healthy development of party building and the sustainable employment of university graduates.
