摘 要:为解决矿山法暗挖地铁隧道在近穿或下穿地面建(构)筑时的爆破振速安全问题,在地铁隧道中应用孔外延时联网方式,并经过试验和改进,实现多分段减振起爆,控制爆破振速至0.5~1.0 cm/s,满足设计规范要求,风险可控;同时减少了单循环爆破频次,提高了开挖进度,降低了多次爆破扰动围岩造成超挖过大甚至支护不及时坍塌风险,成本可控。并针对现场爆破时容易发生传爆失败等问题,采取增加防护孔等辅助措施,应用效果较好,大大减少了断响盲炮几率,有效降低了施工风险。实践证明,孔外延时联网相关技术可行有效,对类似工况施工具有一定的参考价值。In order to solve the safety problem of blasting vibration velocity of underground mining tunnel when it is built near or under the ground structure,the method of delay networking outside the hole is applied in the subway tunnel,and through the test and improvement,the multi-stage blasting vibration damping is realized,the controlled blasting vibration velocity is 0.5~1.0 cm/s,which meets the requirements of design specifications and the risk is controllable.Meanwhile,the frequency of single cycle blasting the risk were reduced and the progress is improved.The risk that many times of blasting disturb the surrounding rock and resulting in over excavation and even the support of not collapsing in time was reduced.The cost is controllable.In view of the problems such as explosion transmission failure easily occurred in the field blasting,auxiliary measures such as increasing protective holes are taken,which have good application effect,greatly reducing the probability of breaking and sounding blind shot,and effectively reducing the construction risk.The practice shows that the technology is feasible and effective,and has certain reference value for the construction under similar working conditions.
