实战化视域下空中警察职业体能训练研究

摘　　要：面对新时期实战化要求,加强空中警察实战化训练成为主要内容,对于提升空中警察的职业适应性具有积极作用。由于空中警察自身职业特性,在职业体能训练中需要紧紧围绕职业工作性质和航空环境进行,针对性地锻炼空中警察的实战能力,以便于在发生突发事故时可以第一时间有效应对,打造一支高素质的空中警察队伍。本文从实战化角度展开分析,探究空中警察的职业体能训练相关内容,立足实际情况提出有效措施予以实践,以求培养更多高素质的空中警察。In the face of the requirements of actual combat in the new era,strengthening the actual combat training of air police has become the main content,which has positive effect on improving the professional adaptability of air police.Because of the professional characteristics of air police,in the professional physical training,it is necessary to focus on the nature of the professional work and the aviation environment,in order to train the actual combat ability of air police So that in the event of accidents can be the first effective response to create a high-quality air police force.This paper analyzes the professional physical training of air police from the angle of actual combat,and puts forward effective measures to train more high-quality air police.
