摘　　要：随着时代的进步与发展,我国的学校体操发展也在不断进步。但是在发展过程中也存在着一系列的问题,基于此,需要提出引导我国学校体操走出困境的有效对策,大体包括提高教师培养质量、加强学校体操教学内容改革等相关内容等,通过对问题的针对性研究,合理地提出各类有效的解决对策,希望可以为我国学校体操事业的发展提供积极的借鉴意义。With the progress and development of the times,the development of school gymnastics in our country is also in constant progress.But there are also a series of problems in the development process.Based on this,we need to put forward effective countermeasures to guide our school gymnastics out of the dilemma.Generally including improving the quality of teacher training,strengthening the reform of gymnastics teaching content and other related content.Through the targeted research of the problem,we can reasonably put forward various effective solutions,hoping to provide positive reference for the development of school gymnastics in China.
