摘　　要：中国在体育竞技中的发展成果,已经达到了一定的高度,并依旧在发展前进,体育竞技的种类多样,其中健美操是结合了形体艺术和体育知识的竞技形势,本文即针对当前国内外的健美操竞技比赛中,男单项目的动作难度进行对比分析,通过影像资料、数据整合、结论分析等方式,来解析不同国家男单健美操中的难度水平,并以此来总结出我国在当前和未来应该进行的调整,以促进整体男单健美操成绩在世界比赛中能够取得更高的成绩。China’s development achievements in sports competition have reached a certain height,and are still developing forward.There are various kinds of sports competitions.Among them,aerobics is a competitive situation combining body art and sports knowledge.This paper aims at the current domestic and foreign aerobics competition,the movement difficulty of men’s singles is compared and analyzed through image data and numbers.According to the methods of integration and conclusion analysis,this paper analyzes the difficulty level of men’s singles Aerobics in different countries,and sums up the adjustment that our country should make at present and in the future,so as to promote the overall performance of men’s singles Aerobics in the world competition to achieve higher results.
