摘 要:随着我国赛艇项目技术水平的层层拔高,训练成果成为教练员关注的热点。赛艇各阶段的动作必须是紧密连贯、协调配合,尤其是多人艇项目只有通过配合才能取得优异的成绩,因此,对赛艇运动员核心肌群的控制能力提出了更高要求。要根据女子赛艇运动员的技术特点进行有针对性的核心力量训练,不同肌群所采取的方式和负荷都不同,针对前部、后部、侧部、浅层、深层等不同的核心肌群,进行区别性、专门性训练,才能真正做到行之有效,才能真正提高运动员的柔韧、力量、耐力、速度、灵敏等素质。With the high level of technical level of China’s rowing project,the training results have become the focus of the coaches.The actions of the various stages of the rowing must be closely coherent and coordinated.In particular,the multi-hull project can only achieve excellent results through cooperation.Therefore,the control ability of the core muscles of the rowers is put forward higher.According to the technical characteristics of women’s rowers,targeted core strength training is carried out.Different muscle groups adopt different methods and loads,and different core muscle groups for front,back,side,shallow and deep layers.Differentiate and specialized training can truly be effective,and can truly improve the athlete’s flexibility,strength,endurance,speed,sensitivity and other qualities.
