摘　　要：近年来,随着我国全民健身计划的推行,很多公共场所安装了各式各样的室外健身器材,丰富了人们的体育健身活动,增强了肌肉力量和身体的柔韧性,提高了人们的身体素质。然而,在室外健身器材的使用过程中,人们受伤的案例很多。其质量状况也引起了人们的担忧。本文分析了公共室外健身器材的质量现状,并提供了相关的解决对策。In recent years,with the implementation of the national fitness program in China,a variety of outdoor fitness equipments are installed in many public places,that could rich people’s physical fitness activities,enhance the muscle strength and the flexibility of the body,and improve the people’s physical quality.However,in the process of useing outdoor fitness equipments,many people are injured by equipments.The quality situation of outdoor fitness equipments has caused people’s concern.This paper analyzed the quality status of public outdoor fitness equipments,and provided relevant countermeasures.
