摘 要:肾综合征出血热(Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome,HFRS)是源于动物感染的自然疫源性疾病,HFRS的发病机制受多因素共同调控,其中病原免疫性因素在HFRS中起主导作用。研究发现HFRS与人类白细胞抗原(Human lymphocyte antigen,HLA)基因多态性关系密切,HFRS遗传相关性及病程严重度在一定水平上受HLA基因多态性影响。本文就HFRS与HLA基因多态性的相关研究进展作综述,为临床早期筛查诊断HFRS及评估发病风险提供科学依据。Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)is a natural focus disease originated from animal infection.The pathogenesis of HFRS is controlled by many factors,in which the pathogenic immune plays a major role.Studies demonstrated that HFRS was closely connected with human leukocyte antigen(HLA)gene polymorphism,and the genetic correlation and course severity of HFRS were affected by HLA gene polymorphism at a certain level.This paper aims at reviewing the research progress in HFRS and HLA gene polymorphism in order to provide a scientific basis for early clinical screening and diagnosis of HFRS as well as assessment of the disease risks.
