摘 要:目前直缝埋弧焊管生产过程中钢板铣边坡口测量为人工测量,存在安全风险,且难以满足越来越高的生产和质量要求。针对这一情况,基于激光测量技术,采用超高速轮廓测量激光传感器和Visual Studio.NET软件开发平台开发了铣边坡口实时测量系统,并用该测量系统对3种规格的直缝埋弧焊管生产过程中的铣边坡口数据进行了实时测量试验。试验结果表明,实时测量系统满足生产过程中铣边坡口测量要求,测量精度高,且能满足Φ508 mm~Φ1422 mm规格直缝埋弧焊管的生产要求。At present,in the production process of LSAW pipe,the measurement of the milled edge and groove of the steel plate is manual measurement,which has safety risks and is difficult to meet the increasingly high production and quality requirements.In view of this situation,based on the laser measurement technology,a real-time measurement system of the milling groove is developed by using the ultra-high speed profile measurement laser sensor and Visual Studio.NET software development platform.The real time measurement system is used to measure the milling groove data in three kinds of LSAW pipes manufacturing process.The test results show that the real-time measurement system can meet the requirements of the milling groove measurement in the production process,the measurement accuracy is high,and it can meet the production requirements ofΦ508 mm~Φ1422 mm LSAW pipes.
