摘  要:针对螺旋焊管生产线立棍故障率高的问题,分析了螺旋焊管机组的立辊结构以及故障原因,在保持原机构形式不变的情况下,采用了一种新型轴承替代结构,将原来故障率高的轴承改为钢铜固体镶嵌自润滑结构,并在生产线进行了应用。应用结果表明,自润滑铜套改善了设备自润滑条件,改进后的结构安装便捷,立辊轴承使用寿命由原来的2~3个月延长到6个月以上。同时,新型自润滑轴套替代结构可以用于焊管生产线的其他设备,降低维修成本和时间。In view of the high failure rate of the vertical roll in the spiral welded pipe production line,the vertical roll and the failure reasons of the spiral welded pipe mill are analyzed.Under the condition of keeping the original structure unchanged,a new type of the bearing substitute structure is adopted.The original bearing with high failure rate is changed into the steel copper solid inlaid self-lubricating structure,which is applied in the production line.The application results show that the self-lubricating copper sleeve improves the self-lubricating conditions of the equipment,the improved structure is convenient to install,and the service life of the vertical roll bearing is extended from the original 2~3 months to more than 6 months.At the same time,the new self-lubricating bearing replacement structure can be used in other equipments of the welded pipe production line,reducing the maintenance cost and time.
