摘 要:建立W型火焰锅炉燃烧预警模型是为了更便捷地监视炉内燃烧状况,其中包括炉膛负压模块、炉膛温度模块和火焰强度模块.模块的搭建是根据锅炉燃烧特征参数的变化特性,结合机组实际运行状况,提取特征值,经过一定逻辑判断而形成的.再将各种特征参数模块按照一定逻辑运算关系组成燃烧预警模型.在预警模型中综合判断各特征参数模块诊断情况,在锅炉燃烧异常时发出预警.预警模型经过多次模拟仿真测试,其测试结果满足预警模型预期要求,符合电厂的实际运行需要.The establishment of a w-shaped fl ame boiler combustion early warning model is to more convenient monitoring of the combustion condition in the furnace,including furnace negative pressure module,furnace temperature module and fl ame intensity module.The construction of the module is based on the change characteristics of boiler combustion characteristic parameters,combined with the actual operation of the unit,the extraction of characteristic values,after a certain logic judgment.Then,various characteristic parameter modules are constructed into the combustion early warning model according to certain logic operation relation,and the diagnosis of each characteristic parameter module is comprehensively judged in the early warning model,and the early warning is issued when the boiler combustion is abnormal.The early warning model has been tested by simulation for many times,and the test results meet the expected requirements of the early warning model and the actual operation needs of the power plant.
