摘  要:本文介绍了1000 MW超超临界直流锅炉及其启动系统的主要结构、功能及组成特点,分析了1000 MW超超临界直流锅炉在机组调试期间摸索出的启动及停机过程中的干、湿态转换控制策略,得出了只要干、湿态转换控制策略得当,时机把握合适,就可保证超(超)临界直流锅炉干、湿态转换顺利完成,进而保证开停机顺利进行的结论.This paper introduces the main structure,function and composition characteristics of 1000MW ultra-supercritical oncethrough boiler and its start-up system,and analyzes the dry and wet state transition control during startup and shutdown of the 1000 MW ultra-supercritical once-through boiler during the commissioning of the unit.The strategy reached the conclusion that as long as the control strategy of the dry and wet state conversion is proper and the timing is appropriate,the dry(wet)and wet state conversion of the super(super)critical once-through boiler can be successfully completed and the start-up and shutdown can be smoothly carried out.
