雾化用布地奈德治疗职业性喉病的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨雾化用布地奈德混悬液联合中成药黄氏响声丸治疗职业性喉病的临床疗效。方法收集2018年3月-2019年3月大庆油田五官医院收治的职业性喉病患者54例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组常规给予口服黄氏响声丸,观察组在对照组基础上给予雾化用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入。在治疗不同时间点进行随访并记录两组临床症状变化情况、嗓音障碍指数量表评分(VHI)、紧张嗓音听感知评估量表评分(GRBAS)并评定疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者临床症状、VHI和GRBAS评分均显著降低,而且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采用雾化用布地奈德联合黄氏响声丸治疗职业性喉病,能够有效改善临床症状,并且不良反应少,是一种安全可靠的治疗方案,值得在临床中应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of budesonide suspension combined with Huangshixiangsheng pill in the treatment of occupational laryngeal diseases. Methods 54 cases of occupational laryngeal disease were collected from March 2018-March 2019 in Daqing Oilfield facial features hospital, which were randomLy divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given an oral Huangshixiangsheng pill.The observation group was given budesonide suspension on the basis of control group. Follow-up at different points in the treatment and record two groups of clinical symptoms, and voice handicap index(VHI), nervous voice perception assessment scale score(GRBAS) and evaluation of efficacy. Results: The total treatment efficiency of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05);The clinical symptoms, VHI and GRBAS scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive treatment of occupational laryngopathy with budesonide combined with the Huangshixiangsheng pill can effectively improve clinical symptoms and have few adverse reactions. It is a safe and reliable treatment scheme and is worthy of clinical application.
