摘 要:预应力混凝土梁因其经济性和安全性在桥梁工程中得以广泛应用。其中孔道注浆密实度在很大程度上决定了预应力混凝土桥梁的承载力和耐久性。本文通过分析现有无损检测方法,并结合冲击弹性波的多种检测方法,如:冲击回波法、冲击回波等效波速法等,进行预应力梁孔道注浆密实度的定位检测并评价分析。同时,依托实际工程,进行现场验证,分析其优缺点并提出解决方案。结果表明该方法,在对预应力孔道注浆检测试验中,效率高、精度好,为预应力桥梁的检测提供了有效、可靠的检测方法。Prestressed concrete are widely used in bridge engineering because of their excellent economy and safety.Among them,the hole grouting density determines the bearing capacity and durability of the prestressed concrete bridge to a great extent.In this paper,the existing non-destructive testing methods are analyzed,and several testing methods of shock elastic wave,such as shock-echo method,shock-echo equivalent velocity method,etc.,the location detection and evaluation analysis of grouting compactness of the pre-stressed beam hole are carried out.At the same time,on the basis of actual projects,field verification,analysis of its advantages and disadvantages and proposed solutions.The results show that this method has high efficiency and high precision in the grouting test of pre-stressed tunnel,and provides an effective and reliable test method for pre-stressed bridge.
