气化炉自动排渣系统在化工企业中的应用分析

摘　　要：本文首先分析了气化炉排渣特性,其次从安全可靠、经济方便等角度研究了气化炉利用J X-300XPDCS控制排渣技术的安全性和可靠性,最后结合本厂气化炉采用的JX-300XPDCS系统,阐述了编程气化炉排渣程序,排渣系统,能够依据DC S发出的指令,按照工艺流程和工艺要求自动安全准时完成排渣,因此保证了气化炉安全正常运行。This paper first analyzes the slag discharge characteristics of gasifier,and then studies the safety and reliability of using jx-300xpdcs to control the slag discharge technology of gasifier from the perspective of safety,reliability,economy and convenience.Finally,combining with jx-300xpdcs system adopted by gasifier in our plant,it expounds the slag discharge program and slag discharge system of programmed gasifier,According to the instructions issued by DCs,according to the process flow and process requirements,the slag can be automatically and safely discharged on time,thus ensuring the safe and normal operation of the gasifier.
