浅析现阶段大型城市公交优先政策的战略选择

摘　　要：城市公共交通是城市综合交通体系建设的核心。现有大城市在公交发展中,制订了不同的公交发展策略,但是没有统一的评价方法和评价方案。本文在借鉴国内外众多学者研究成果的基础上,分析了我国发展公共交通优先权的必要性,提出运用层次分析法对城市公共交通优先权的适用性进行评价。最后,研究了城市公共交通优先发展战略,以指导大城市公共交通优先发展。Urban public transportation is the core of the construction of urban comprehensive transportation system.The existing big cities have formulated different public transport development strategies in the development of public transport,but there is no unified evaluation method and evaluation plan.Based on the research results of many scholars at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the necessity of developing public transportation priorities in China,and proposes to use the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the applicability of urban public transportation priorities.Finally,the strategy of priority development of urban public transportation is studied to guide the priority development of public transportation in big cities.
