摘  要:双馈风力发电机在运行时,在两轴承端或转轴与轴承间会产生轴电流,当轴电流大到一定程度时,会导致轴承电蚀及润滑脂的老化,从而引起电机过早发生故障.通常采取的措施是选用绝缘轴承,但其价格昂贵,且对由变频器产生的高频轴电流的绝缘效果不是太好,为此研究了两种典型的无纬带和片状模塑料绝缘端盖结构,以取代绝缘轴承.When the double-fed wind generator is in operation,the shaft current will be generated between the two bearing ends or the rotating shaft and the bearing.When the shaft current is large enough,it will lead to the electric corrosion of the bearing and the aging of the grease,which will cause the premature failure of the motor.The usual measure is to choose the insulating bearing,but it is expensive,and the insulation effect of the high-frequency shaft current generated by the inverter is not very good;In order to replace the insulating bearing,two typical weftless bandage tape and sheet molding compound insulated end covers are studied.
