摘　　要：输电线路杆塔地脚螺栓是连接杆塔主体和基础的重要构件,由于地脚螺帽被其他塔材阻挡,作业面小,管钳或扳手难以卡紧螺帽而无法紧固螺帽,施工人员不得不使用大锤敲击螺帽的方式紧固地脚螺帽,容易造成螺帽变形、伤及地脚螺杆,甚至导致整个基础作废.该方法采用自动液压扳手,预设地脚螺栓紧固工艺参数,实现在狭小作业空间产生紧固力矩,并对紧固力矩精确控制,保证地脚螺栓的紧固质量,增强输电线路杆塔的安全性.Anchor bolts for transmission line towers are important components connecting the main body and foundation of the towers.Since the anchor nuts are blocked by other tower materials and the working surface is small,it is diffi cult for pipe wrenches or wrenches to clamp the nuts and the nuts cannot be tightened.Personnel have to often use a sledgehammer to hit the nut to fasten the ground nut,which will easily cause the nut to deform,hurt the ground screw,and even cause the entire foundation to become invalid.This method uses an automatic hydraulic wrench and presets the anchor bolt tightening process parameters to achieve a tightening torque in a narrow working space.The tightening torque is accurately controlled to ensure the tightening quality of anchor bolts and enhance the safety of transmission line towers.Sex.
