摘  要:滚筒冷渣器和风水联合冷渣器作为目前循环流化床锅炉应用最为广泛的排渣设备,发挥着安全排渣和余热回收利用的重要作用.这两种形式的冷渣器在机组运行过程中逐渐出现各种问题,其中风水联合冷渣器的问题更为突出.文章以山西某循环流化床锅炉发电厂作为案例,研究风水联合冷渣器改造为滚筒冷渣器后机组运行状况,采集未改造的机组为参照对象,分析锅炉燃烧的变化,为其他发电企业相似问题提供可借鉴的改造方案.As the most widely used slag removal equipment of CFB boiler,drum slag cooler and air-water combined slag cooler play an important role in safe slag removal and waste heat recovery and utilization.These two types of slag coolers gradually appear various problems in the operation of the unit,especially the problem of air-water combined slag cooler As a case study,the power plant studies the operation status of the unit after the transformation of the air-water combined slag cooler into the drum slag cooler,collects the unit that has not been transformed as the reference object,analyzes the change of the boiler combustion,and provides the transformation scheme that can be used for reference for the similar problems of other power generation enterprises.
