摘  要:当前我国风电行业发展迅猛,随着并网风电机组的不断增加,风力发电机组的安全可靠运行直接影响着风电企业的高质量发展.文章针对一起近期发生的风力发电机组发电机损坏故障,进行了发电机解体及故障原因分析,指出了发电机转子内置风扇碎裂缺陷,造成电机运行过程中振动不平衡,发电机非驱动端轴承温度升高,发电机转子电流突增,同时碎裂物质打伤发电机定转子导致扫膛,最终造成发电机损坏,提出了预防发电机损坏的防范对策.With the rapid development of China’s wind power industry,with the continuous increase of grid connected wind turbines,the safe and reliable operation of wind turbines directly affects the high-quality development of the lifeblood of wind power enterprises.In view of a recent damage fault of a wind turbine generator,this paper analyzes the causes of the disassembly and failure of the generator.It points out that the internal fan of the generator rotor is broken,which causes the vibration unbalanced operation during the operation of the motor,the temperature of the bearing at the non driving end of the generator increases,the current of the generator rotor increases abruptly,and the broken material damages the stator and rotor of the generator,which results in the sweeping Finally,the generator is damaged.
