摘  要:对颗粒表面成分与形态进行改性是颗粒复合肥防结块技术的发展方向。分析颗粒复合肥的表面成分与形态,讨论高氮复合肥颗粒的结块机制,并提出应对措施以提升水溶性颗粒复合肥的防结块性能,包括改善颗粒的结构和抑制复盐反应,减少高溶解度物质在颗粒表面的富集,弱化盐桥效应、塑性形变,减少表面晶体物质的纵向生长等。The modification of the particle surface composition and morphology of compound fertilizer is the development direction of anti-caking technology in the future. The surface composition and morphology of granular compound fertilizer are analyzed, the caking mechanism of high nitrogen compound fertilizer particles is discussed,and countermeasures to improve the anti-caking performance of water soluble granular compound fertilizer are put forward, including improving the particle structure and inhibiting the complex salt reaction, reducing the enrichment of high solubility substances on the particle surface, weakening the salt bridge effect and plastic deformation, reducing the longitudinal direction of surface crystal substances growth and other measures.
