醛固酮还原酶1C1在胃癌中的作用及临床意义分析

摘　　要：[目的]观察胃癌患者的醛固酮还原酶1C1表达情况,并分析其临床意义。[方法]选取2016-06-2019-03接受治疗的胃癌患者为胃癌组,选取同期接受胃镜检查的非胃癌患者为非胃癌组。观察2组患者醛固酮还原酶1C1的阳性表达率,比较不同临床病理特征胃癌患者醛固酮还原酶1C1阳性表达率的差异,分析影响醛固酮还原酶1C1阳性表达率的因素。[结果]胃癌组患者的醛固酮还原酶1C1阳性率为82.00%,明显高于非胃癌组的5.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=120.619,P<0.001);临床分期为Ⅲ+Ⅳ、有淋巴结转移、组织学分级为中低分化的胃癌患者醛固酮还原酶1C1阳性表达率较高,不同年龄和性别患者的醛固酮还原酶1C1阳性表达率无明显差别。将单因素分析有意义的因素作为自变量,将醛固酮还原酶1C1阳性表达情况作为因变量进行回归分析,结果显示,淋巴结转移和临床分期是影响胃癌患者醛固酮还原酶1C1阳性表达的因素。[结论]胃癌患者的醛固酮还原酶1C1阳性表达率较高,且受淋巴结转移和临床分期情况的影响。[Objective]To analyze the expression levels and clinical efficacy of aldosterone reductase 1 C1 in gastric cancer patients.[Methods]Patients with gastric cancer who were treated from Jun,2016 to Sep,2019 were selected as subjects.The patients who underwent gastroscopy in our hospital were also selected.The positive expression rates of aldosterone reductase 1 C1 in the both groups were analyzed.The difference of the positive expression rates of aldosterone reductase 1 C1 in gastric cancer patients with different clinicopathological characteristics was compared.The positive expression rate of aldosterone reductase 1 C1 in gastric cancer patients was analyzed.[Results]The positive rate of aldosterone reductase 1 C1 in the gastric cancer group was 82.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the non-gastric cancer group(5.00%).The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=120.619,P<0.001);the clinical stage wasⅢ+Ⅳ.The positive expression rate of aldosterone reductase 1 C1 was higher in patients with gastric lymph node metastasis and histological grade of gastric cancer.The positive expression rate of aldosterone reductase 1 C1 was not significantly different in different ages and genders.As an independent variable,the positive expression of aldosterone reductase 1 C1 was used as a dependent variable for regression analysis.The results showed that lymph node metastasis and clinical stage were the factors affecting the positive expression of aldosterone reductase 1 C1 in gastric cancer patients.[Conclusion]The positive expression rate of aldosterone reductase 1 C1 in gastric cancer patients is high,and it is affected by lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.
