摘　　要：侦查传统上是刑事诉讼法上研究的内容。但随着公安学一级学科的建立,侦查问题也被刑事领域中的其他学科所关注,并开始对刑事科学中的相关理论产生影响。以公安学一级学科的成立为契机,立足侦查学思维,借助于刑事一体化的研究方法,通过对刑法学、犯罪学、侦查学关系的探讨,解决对侦查学认知不足的问题。在侦查问题日趋受重视的大趋势下,进一步推动侦查学的研究,为新时代的犯罪治理提供智力支持。Investigation has traditionally been the subject of research in criminal procedure law.However,with the establishment of the first-level discipline of public security,investigation issues have also attracted attention from other disciplines in the criminal field,and they have started to influence related theories in criminal science.Taking the establishment of the first-level discipline of public security as an opportunity,based on the thinking of investigative science,using the research method of criminal integration,through the discussion of the relationship between criminal jurisprudence,criminology,and investigative science,the problem of insufficient knowledge of investigative science is solved.Under the general trend that investigative issues are getting more and more attention,research on investigative science is further promoted to provide intellectual support for crime management in the new era.
