摘  要:炼油厂高硫和高酸原油加工装置的腐蚀机理及材料选择是一个持续不断的研究课题,研究成果的应用促使相关标准规范不断更新,确保了设备和管道选材的合理性和适宜性,有效地抑制了腐蚀对材料的损伤,保证了炼油装置长周期安全运行.根据近期API(美国石油学会)和NACE(美国腐蚀工程师协会)出版的相关标准规范、国内外最新研究数据和炼油厂实际操作经验,总结和分析了加工高硫、高酸原油腐蚀环境中的腐蚀机理、影响因素和材料选择方面的新观点,供有关设计人员、操作人员和研究人员参考.The corrosion mechanism and material selection of high sulfur and high acid crude oil in an oil refinery is an ongoing research topic.Continuous updating of relevant standards and specifications guarantees the rationality and suitability of equipment and pipeline material selection,which can effectively inhibit the damage of corrosion to the materials,and thus ensure the long term safe operation of the refining unit.According to the standards and specifications published by API(American Petroleum Institute)and NACE(National Association of Corrosion Engineers),the latest research data at home and abroad,and practical operation experience of the refinery,new viewpoints on corrosion mechanism,influencing factors as well as material selection in the corrosive environment of processing high sulfur and high acid crude oil were summarized and analyzed,which provided reference for the related designers,operators and researchers.
